To fund the research and treatment of triple-negative breast cancer.
Rosanne (Parrella) Sullivan died on October 22, 2010, after courageously battling breast cancer for 2 1/2 years. Married for 26 years, Rosanne was the proud mother of three children. She also left behind her mother, a sister, two brothers, and many other friends and relatives.
Her strength and determination were remarkable. Diagnosed in the spring of 2008 with triple negative breast cancer (TNBC), Rosanne endured numerous rounds of chemotherapy, radiation, surgery, and all the horrible side effects associated with these treatments. She was frequently in pain and uncomfortable, but she was determined to fight this enemy. She had a strong desire to survive, was not willing to give up, and did not let the cancer define who she was. Unfortunately, there is no cure for TNBC, and in the end, this deadly disease won the battle.
Rosanne's greatest legacy is her three children. She loved them fiercely, and, along with her husband, raised them to be conscientious, ambitious, and loyal. The kids have always known what they want to do in life, and they have inherited their mother’s determination to make things happen.
Please support us in our efforts to eliminate triple negative breast cancer. Your tax-deductible contributions will go directly to fund the research and treatment of this horrible disease.
